A design-build firm keeps design and installation under one roof. This prevents communication gaps, ensures that the initial design fits your actual budget, and allows for seamless coordination during construction. The team that draws your plan is the same team that places the stone and plants.
The design fee is a separate charge that covers our planning time, software modeling, and regulatory preparation. Once the design is approved, we provide a detailed, line-item proposal for the physical installation. If you choose Infinity to build the project, we credit a portion of the design fee toward the final installation contract.
Coastal zones experience high winds and salt spray. We prioritize native Island plants like bayberry, beach plum, rugosa rose, and native oaks that are adapted to sandy soils and salt exposure. We also avoid placing highly palatable species in areas with heavy deer pressure, choosing resistant alternatives.
